    June Challenge Empty June Challenge

    It is nearly time to start the next challenge - for the lovely month of June. I have been involved in WIFE/WAFE challenges on the BT forum - and I wondered if we would like to do that this time.

    An explanation - each day record how you go on four key BT requirements -

    W = water (2-3L per day)
    A/I = alcohol (none) / increments (minimum 3 hours)
    F = food (BT compliant)
    E = exercise (10,000 steps or equivalent)

    Free day is 2-3 ticks as food will not be compliant and neither will alcohol for those who like to have a drink on their free day.

    Each day (or as often as can be managed) check in with your number of ticks and your weight loss each week. I will keep track of the ticks and we will have two winners - the maximum weight loss and the maximum ticks.

    Let me know if you want to join in and I will start recording results as of Wednesday. If you are a late starter - don't worry - you can still join us!

    Hello hello,

    Am I late, damn, I brought a late note...LOL

    I'll join, I promise I'll behave this month (no birthdays).

    I dont drink alcohol so that must be a tick.

    I have started BT again on 1st June. Will update my ticker etc tomorrow

    I've also had 2 litres of water every day.

    I'll read the instructions again soon.

    Welcome to June! Check in as often as you like - daily - weekly - whatever. I tend to be a daily checker-iner - so here is my report for the last few days - Wed 4/4, Thurs 4/4 and hopefully 4/4 for today. I will happily keep track of how everyone is doing over the 30 days of June!

    Hi ya,

    1st was 3/4
    2nd was 3/4
    3rd was 4/4
    today 4th will be 2/4. Have been trying to keep my cold at bay for a few days now, but today I'm really struggling to keep it away, all I want it my soup to sooth the throat and bready to dunk it in, so I will. Its my free day, but I know I will have something else naughty.

    If today is your free day - you get 2/2! And don't feel bad about having something naughty - that is the purpose of free day - and I am looking forward to that for tomorrow. Don't forget to create a ticker to show how you go this month!

    well, a free day huh, lets try a free weekend???

    You'll have to give me 0 points. weekends I struggle especially when I go to the trivia nights, I always pack a tray of cheese to share, but somehow it's always me that scoffs the lot.

    We can 2nd tho, one day our group will come 1st.

    PO Day tomorrow, so I'll be good

    Hope you had a wonderfull weekend. Back to work tomorrow for another week.

    Ummm, Stefanie, any idea where everyone else has gone??? Do you want to try and spice up the challenge and create another one also?

    Do you use a pedometer?

    I know what you mean Meg - I don't know where everyone went. Janene has had some issues with her little boy - I really hope he is okay.

    It is a shame that this forum has fallen flat as it was going so well. Hopefully things will pick up soon.

    I have a pedometer but rarely use it! I worked out that I do about 5000 steps on a normal day at school, then I do enough steps using the wii fit or exercise dvds to make it up to the 10000. So a step challenge may not work too well! I am open to suggestions though.

    Don't fret too much about the free weekend - just get back on the "horse" with your PO day tomorrow.

    Wed - DETOX
    Thu - DETOX
    Fri - DETOX

    Followed it to a T even though I felt horrendous, I gave up coffee at the same time too, so my withdrawal symptoms were twice as bad !
    Cool

    Saturday - I get 3/4 (not enough water)
    Sunday - Free day 2/2

    and today - so far, so good Woohoo

    Probably 10kg!!!

    Wednesday is my weigh in day, so we will see how good week one has been to me, I already feel WAY less bloated and my jeans are starting to fall down, so that is a good sign!

    Sounds realistic Jodi - when you have a lot to lose it seems as though the early losses are quite large. It does tend to slow down though - so you need to be prepared for that too.

    Don't forget to add a June ticker - so you can keep track of how you are going in th challenge.

    I haven't contributed much, but have been checking in most days and have found your postings very motivational.

    I'm away for the back half of June, so won't be able to get involved in the June challenge, but will definitely be up for a similar challenge in July.

    Hey Stefanie, I hope you are well. I've been rather busy last week and I've also change from BT to Michael Bridges. She programe is pretty much teh same as BT but she allows for more wraps and milk which is what I was missing with BT.

    1st week completed and I've lost 1k. She uses the calarie counting which is something I'm familiar with. All the programes run the same, it's how disaplined you are really.

    Anyway, I'll keep coming in and telling my losses, but Im not following BT.

    Stay healthy and see you next log in, most probably tomorrow. Its my recovery time from the workouts.
