Use sparingly because of the butter (dairy) so not for all snacks in one day as I'd like to do
Peanut butter cookies
1 cup Protein powder
½ tsp baking powder
1 dash salt
1/6 cup butter
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Method
Melt butter. Mix, will be more of a thick batter than a dough. Drop by teaspoons of
about 50g size onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for 8 minutes and enjoy.
