Just restarted BT again and am more determined this time after realising I have put the 10 kg back on that I lost when I first started BT
Now I'm ready and will make it this time. Equiped with all the experience from the first time and just got Jillian Michaels' (biggest loser u.s trainer) 30 day shred and bought myself a treadmill, no more excuses.
On day 2 and am feeling great (actually sore from the exercises, but i'll get over that).
So lets get on with it!!!
