All or nothing Empty All or nothing

Post  Meg Tue Apr 26, 2011 2:33 am

    Hi everyone,

Thanks for the new site, I might be able to find where I last left my post.

Anyway, I'm new to BT. Started 1 week ago today. Have seen Geoff's add on telly for a while and a couple of weeks ago, thought, why not. I tried everything else except surgery, so here I am giving this a go. My daughter is nearly 18 and wants to loose weight before she starts Uni next year so we are on this journey together.

After detox, I lost 2 kilos and thought fantastic, I'm on a roll, my 1st week at WW was only 1kg and so was in love with this programme instantly, but, alas, I started adding more foods and so weight loss reduced, and so total weight loss for the week is 2kgs tops. (wonder if I'll get my money back as promoted, or there's a catch?)

I've checked out some snack receipes on the BT forum and made those yesterday, I'm really hoping they are yummy as people have said.

Anyway, my 1st week over, I'm sooo hoping I can stick with this. Would love to be the slim mum once again.

If anyone knows how to add those groovy trackers and give me step by step instructions, that would be great, I'm not exactly computer savy.

    Have a great day

    Hi there and welcome

I'm about to start my detox this week, I have watched 4 DVD's so far and I still have the 2 left. I am in the process of getting a shopping list together and hitting the supermarket for supplies.

We all have our own journeys but we are heading in the same direction Very Happy

    Hiya Allornothing! Hi There

Welcome, if you click on the category below the introductions "Suggestions or Questions" I have put up a couple of quick tutorials on how to add signatures and avatars to your profile. Let me know if you need any further help though, will only be happy to assist Smile

It's fantastic doing it with something isn't it. My sister and I are on BT together, although we live states away we talk everyday (and she is on here too) so we are always spurring eachother on, although I have WAY more to lose than her, it's great bumping ideas off eachother.

Glad you made it over Smile
Will be looking forward to watching your progress Happydance

Close hun, but it's the wrong type of code (confusing huh).

    I updated this thread here:
    https://bodyshrinkage.forumotion.com/t33-how-to-create-a-signature-and-adding-tickers

Which has some pictures, to show you which link you should be clicking on to get the right code. See how you go Smile
