    Fluffy Stuff

    Post  jenny80 on Mon Apr 25, 2011 2:43 pm

Made this the other day it was AWSOME!!! It can be used as a snack if cut into 50g portions, probley only once a day though Smile

low calorie jelly (i used Raspberry)
250g tub low fat cottage cheese
    2 scoops protien powder

Its soooo easy. Grab your blender make up you jelly as per instructions on packet, then pour liquid jelly into blender, add cottage cheese and protien powder, wizz up all ingredients till all light and fluffy about 30 sec"s, then pour into a retangular dish and pop in the fridge to set overnight. I cut mine into 9 50gram squares.

I find that last protien serve hard to face at the end of the day, this is perfect, it honestly tastes like a desert!! YUMMY!!
im now trying to find a low calorie jelly in lemon flavour.............

    Enjoy!! Hi There
