I know, touchy subject but a common one among dieters all the same. Does anyone suffer with this and how do you help fix it?
I can't stand the taste of metamucil, makes me gag. I think it's the flavour. I use psyllium husks. I can sprinkle that on stuff and not really taste it. (even sprinkle it on toast under whatever else i have on it).
I used that benefibre (is that the name?) as it's suppose to be odourless and tasteless but really found it didn't do much in regards to helping solve the problem lol
