Dealing with....Errr....Constipation?

I know, touchy subject but a common one among dieters all the same. Does anyone suffer with this and how do you help fix it?
I can't stand the taste of metamucil, makes me gag. I think it's the flavour. I use psyllium husks. I can sprinkle that on stuff and not really taste it. (even sprinkle it on toast under whatever else i have on it).
I used that benefibre (is that the name?) as it's suppose to be odourless and tasteless but really found it didn't do much in regards to helping solve the problem lol

I take the metamucil tabs, no taste and they work just as well.... Yes suffer the same thing especially in the three day detox phase, you should be able to get a bottle of 100 tabs or so from your local supermarket, they are about $18 a bottle so not cheap but much better than the powder hate that stuff!!

Well there you go! I didn't even realise it came in a tablet form.

When i feel the urge, i use Ford pills, they are stronger than metamucil and by god stick to the directions on the packet or you will be on the toilet allllllll night. The good thing is with these they work so quickly for me, its all, er, cleared up by the next day

Yeah, a subject we don't really discuss, but should. I use the usual Metamucil soluable.

I always found Benefibre worked fine for me and i will have it either in a glass of diet cordial or in my morning coffee.....
I find it works great in a coffee as that is also a natural laxitive.
