    Hi guys,
I think your forum looks pretty good...
I have just re started bodytrim.... day one of detox.... took my easter priveleges a few days early, on top of some wicked head cold, so thought that i should get my backside back into gear and get back with the program.
    I am 31 years old
current weight is 96kg and goal is 72kg... so a bit of a way to go, but still better than where I started at 107.5kg.
I have a dog, husband and cat. Live in western australia and my job is somewhere between massage therapist and fitness instructor - the fitness instructor bit is a bit behind at the moment due to my embarrassment of being the size that I am.
well that is the short of it just now!

    Hi Tara,
Ive just done my first week of bodytrim and looking at my first "free day" tomorrow!! I LoVe chocolate so this could be dangerous
Very Happy I lost 3.6kg in the first week, god damm i LOVE bodytrim!! Very Happy I have been on it once before, it gives me the best results in such a short amount of time makes it so much easier to stick too.

Fitness instructor sounds great, lots of good insight in how to tone up when you get there!! What great motivation too.

Ive spent the entire day cooking, preparing some stuff to freeze. Had a zuchnie slice for lunch today with a salad, was nice for a change insted of just meat and salad. Got some rasberry "fluffy Stuff" in the fridge for a sweet snack, but its not set till tomorrow HUF!!

Well great to see you here, hope you get a fantastic loss this week!!

    Jen.

    thanks guys...
I will definately post my first week loss, hopefully it will be a good one.
Will be on the treadmill tomorrow to get my 10,000 steps, have been rather busy today, kind of got asked to help some family out in a rush, so will have to get back into the exercise tomorrow.... hopefully then some decent stuff, back to jogging!!!
Yep love being a massage therapist, though I wish I had a few more friends that were willing to swap massages!! I have to go pay for mine :-( hehe so does my husband... poor bugger...
Look forward to keeping you all up to date and having some really good support!

    Cheers
    Tara
