Does anyone else do it? I haven't been but god it's getting hard to drink all that water daily lol. Waiting

I sometimes add a slice of lime to it, but lately thinking of using some sugar free cordial...Does anyone else do this?

Most mornings i will have my benefibre in diet cordial.
I don't have a problem drinking water at all but for some reason i think it's a mental reason i can't drink that benefibre in just water even though it has not taste etc lol

At work I have a 1.25L Jug on my desk and i aim to have 1 bottle before lunch then 1 bottle afterlunch before i leave. On other days I have a 1L bottle i take whereever I got in the house/car/shops etc and aim for the same 1 bottle before lunch then 1 bottle after lunch.

I don't like lemon or lime in drinks (unless it's got bitters and vodka added lol) Clap

I am not having any trouble drinking enough water - I refill a 2L jug twice a day and drink continuously. I have a really dry mouth so continuous drinking helps heaps.

Considering all drinks are mostly water (like 99.9% water) you would think that any drink would do. But we are specifically told that the water is extra on top of coffee or diet soda - so I don't think it should be flavoured. For some reason plain water is the go - maybe having flavour affects its efficiency? I don't understand the science of it - but there must be some reason behind it. Yet if lemon is ok? I DON'T KNOW! The more I try to work it out the more muddled I get!

    Hi all,

I shake it up and have water and diet cordial. Geoff said it's fine on his DVD's so Im going to run with that, but naturally, water is best.

Coffee tea and diet soft drinks are ok but do not count as your water total because of the caffiene, but a black coffee just before exercise gets the metobolism moving. I am not 100% sure but i think diet cordial does count because there is no caffiene.I have followed this since starting and it has worked for me

Yes, you are correct - the diet cordial does count towards your water intake and so does light iced tea. I saw it on Geoff's DVD He did emphasize that water is best then diet cordial if necessary.
