I made this with raspberries for breakfast this morning - very yummy and BT compliant.
Berry Smoothie
1 cup water
1 cup frozen berries
25g vanilla protein powder
Combine and blend
If using fresh berries you would probably need to add some ice to make sure it is good and cold! I made it with skim milk this morning and it was very thick - so water would be more than enough!
