Me, well week 1 (and a bit) is down. I was really good during the week, had a good loss. Felt I failed a bit on the Free day, ate sweets between meals instead of PO snacks. Probably ate too many carbs, I know it's suppose to be "free" but I felt I went overboard, and therefore feel a bit bleh today - funny how carbs make you feel like crap, I forgot that!! Lol...Anyway, back on PO today and doing well. Breakfast was hard to stomach this morning for some reason. Slacking off a bit on water today, need to go drink a few glasses in a minute.....Done some Wii workouts yesterday and holy crap my legs are like sore sore sore jello today, lol even walking hurts....Ooooo feeeeeeeeeeel the burn
