    Totally Committed

Post  Ewan on Tue May 17, 2011 3:13 am

    Hi Everyone

My name is Ewan, and I started BodyTrim with my wife almost 2 weeks ago and things are going well.

I have weighed 125kgs in the past and lost 30kgs through running and eating like a rabbit, which has ruined my knees and slowed my metabolism. I have found it really difficult to keep my weight under 100kgs, and find that if I have one night off, my weight might go up several kilos which has been really frustrating.

BodyTrim makes sense and is sustainable, and has given me hope that I can reach my goal weight while enjoying the occasional "bad meal".

I currently weigh 95kgs and would like to lose at least 10kgs

I am so glad I found this forum after struggling to know where to go in the BodyTrim forum. I look forward to sharing this journey with you all.

    Hi Ewan and welcome

This is by far the easiest food plan I have ever tried - and it works! I am sure you and your wife will reach your goals.

    Hiya Ewan

    Welcome! Hi There

Steph is right, this absolutely works. I have had success before (but then fell pregnant and whooooa fell right off the wagon).

Looking forward to hearing about both your success stories

    HiEwan and wife,

Welcome aboard. This is my 1st time with BT. Have been on this 4 weeks, but the last 1 was a write off, so I'm starting again. Thats the best thing about BT, go astray and all you need to do is start with PO day and you're off again. The members on here are very motivational and honest.

Good luck and see you around the forum

Thanks for your support and encouragement, guys.

Second weigh-in this morning and I've lost one kg (2.4kg in 2 weeks) - not sure what to make of it, as I've followed the program religiously. I feel pretty comfortable that my metabolism is going to improve the longer I stick with it, but after promises of 6kg in the first week, I wonder if there's anything I could be doing better.

As I said, I'm totally committed to BodyTrim, so I just hope that the weight keeps coming off every week!!

    Thanks Again
    Ewan

P.S. - how do I update my ticker?

Ewan at another other diet we'd be cheering for joy at those weekly loss amounts so pay yourself on the back!! Thats a good loss.

Only tip I can suggest is the water intake...really keep up on those 2-3 litres as they make all the difference.

Ewan - you don't have a lot of weight to lose so that might be a factor. I have found that extra snacks assist - so instead of 1 100g snack have 2-3 50g snacks about 1 hour apart - might get the metabolism singing!
