It is nearly time to start the next challenge - for the lovely month of June. I have been involved in WIFE/WAFE challenges on the BT forum - and I wondered if we would like to do that this time.
An explanation - each day record how you go on four key BT requirements -
W = water (2-3L per day)
A/I = alcohol (none) / increments (minimum 3 hours)
F = food (BT compliant)
E = exercise (10,000 steps or equivalent)
Free day is 2-3 ticks as food will not be compliant and neither will alcohol for those who like to have a drink on their free day.
Each day (or as often as can be managed) check in with your number of ticks and your weight loss each week. I will keep track of the ticks and we will have two winners - the maximum weight loss and the maximum ticks.
Let me know if you want to join in and I will start recording results as of Wednesday. If you are a late starter - don't worry - you can still join us!
