I thought we could share our food ideas on what to do during the detox as I'm sure it's a big question for newcomers.
For me, some of the things I ate were:
Meatballs (extra lean mince with fresh herbs mixed through, made in 50gram portions)
Baked Chicken Drumsticks - 1 Drumstick=50grams of Protein
50Grams of Cottage Cheese sprinkled with Cinnamon
Canned Tuna/Chicken
Poached Eggs (or boiled if you prefer)
Add some of your own foods too
