Hi my name is Bronwyn I am 57years old, I am 165cm tall and started at 117kgs which has been my current weight for 25 years (sad I know.) I have been on BT for 10 weeks and now at 98.4kgs and lost a total of 55cms. The best feeling of all was going to lunch on Monday and seeing people after 20 years and for the first time not being the biggest person in the room I felt wonderful. Looking at my before photos now is really a shock and I am looking forward to the next 10weeks.My niece is getting married on the 6th August so I wish to be smoking hot for a new outfit (even at my age LOL)Thanks for the message to come on this forum will check in soon Cheers to all, happy travels !!!!! : :

Re: What a wonderful journey
Well done Bronwyn - a good steady loss.
You have taken on a heavy load with your parents, especially as they both have dementia. My father also has Alzheimers but has been in care for nearly a year now. My mother lives on her own, but as soon as my daughter can leave home for good (she is 25) I plan to get together with my mum so she is not alone.
I pray that you will find the home that you need and the strength to cope with your life.
Blessings

Re: What a wonderful journey
Hi everyone ;
It has been a little while not so good news my Mum is in hospital and we are not expecting her to last the night so I am feeling pretty lousy.
The last thing she wanted was for me to loose all the weight I could and be healthy which is what I am doing down 31kgs so 9kgs to go and I will see if I want to loose more.
This is keeping me focused and I am trying to keep it all together for my Dad and family.
I will keep in touch Cheers to all

Re: What a wonderful journey
Hi everyone
Sad news I lost my mum on the 10th July so things have been a little hard especially staying on focus with the food. Just not interested in eating but Mum was very proud of what I am doing so I have done my best. I have lost 32.4 kgs and 99cms so far so I still have around 10kgs to go. I am trying to stay focused and I have the wedding of my niece on the 6th August to aim for.
Hope everyone is doing well and keeping up the good fight. My Dad is ok good days and bad as you can imagine. Will post new photo after the wedding(just have to remember how LOL)
Cheers to all
Bronwyn xxxx

Re: What a wonderful journey
Hi Bronwyn! MY name is Nancy and I am new in this forum. I am ready to get fit and learn a lot and get inspired from this forum. How are you doing now? May I ask what BT is? Is that a weight loss pill or exercise programme? Been looking for something that can help me lose these 15 kg excess weight off me. Any tips on what you did to lose those great number of centimetres would be of big help to me. Thanks
