Rather give you a hug than a kick - you don't need anyone to beat you up more than you are doing yourself. Just remember that it does work, that we are all human and hence make mistakes - just get back on the weight loss train when you are able. None of us can predict what situation is going to cause a problem - and eating so often has been the solution to whatever ails us. Maybe it is time to listen to the BT Cds again - just to remind yourself about the power of the mind.

Regardless - I am here if you need me <lots of hugs>

    Janene!!! stress less babe

If it's any consolation, I've been naughty since 9th May and I could very easily keep eating this way again, but it's your forum and the wonderful people on here that have made me see the evil way of my thoughts and so I'm writing a list out tonight and starting again.

You've recogonised a problem. You know that you turn to chocolate to destress, in time, you will find another way to destress, (just don't take up smoking or catfight )

Weight loss is a journey. Journey's are self discoveries.

You're doing great. Don't give in. I'm pushing ya (even if I am in Victoria)

    Keep smiling

Thanks girls....just the kick up the butt I was looking for.

Yesterday afternoon I had a bit of a meltdown. I'm ok now, did another PO day today and did just fine. Back on track = still feeling a bit yuck from my flu and nursing a sick bubba but I'm getting there. I'm just going to forget yesterday happened and refocus.

I'm still hanging on Smile Mess with me

Just thought I would share - my usual work pants werent ironed this morning so decided to try a pair I havent worn for a while because I couldnt - and I am wearing them and a normal top - not a long one to hide the tightness and it looks ok - still some way to go but feel good.
Have a good day everyone!!!!! Clap Clap Clap

Is that not the best feeling of all (aside from the weight loss of course). I can now fit into nearly everything in my closet - and will need to start altering some of my favourites to fit!

    Hi there

Just wanted to explain my absence, we have been dealing with some medical issues involving our 9 month old son. So pretty much life is on hold for us at the moment...I have waivered off BT but plan on getting myself together and getting back on track. I think the shock of recent news has put us into a bit of a tail spin so all our focus is on our little guy right now.

I really hope everyone is doing well.

    Hi Janene

Do not worry about any of us - all of your concern needs to be for your little one. I pray that everything will sort itself out soon - that the doctors will have skill and wisdom and that you and your husband will have peace.

When you have everything sorted - then you can get back to following BT perfectly. We are all here behind you.

    Blessings

    Hi Janene,

Hope all works out for your little one. I know how heartbreaking and worrying it is. Don't worry yourself about us like the lovely Stef said.

Use this forum as a rant if you need too.

Take care too yourself, hubby and little one.

    Ok Slump over.

Well not really but I can't keep putting my life on hold due to other reasons. Our son is...well he is healthy - but he has been diagnosed with a rare chromsome disorder which really floored us as parents. It's not something we ever thought we'd here and we have been bombarded with specialists on the phone and in person so it was a little overwhelming for a while. But we're adapting now and it's time to look after me again (aswell as him)

So this week I'm going to get back on track, going grocery shopping tomorrow. Will have to weight in again *gulp*. I could kick myself because I know I've probably put on what i lost....maybe more? Anyway, not something I'm going to keep dwelling on. I can lose it again no worries.

So slow down the wagon a bit girls, I'm making a jump back on! Vegie Dance

    Janene

I was thinking of you as I drove home today - and praying that your little one would be okay. It must have been a terrible shock to find he has a rare genetic disorder - but I am sure you can put your faith in the doctors - they can do amazing things these days.

You may have regained all of the weight - if you have do a 2 or 3 day detox and just get going again. We are all here to help you. And let me know if there is anything I can do for you personally - aside from praying for you of course!

    Hugs and blessings

Thanks Stef, we really do appreciate it. He will always be perfect in our eyes no matter what. I can't help but look at him and see nothing but flawlessness.

Yeah I'm really not going to stress if I've gained (well that's the plan, i will probably still kick myself). I'm going to just get on with the job ahead Smile. I do enjoy BT when I'm on it, so I think it'll be ok. I love results and that's what this program brings!
