Ok I don't get this if I buy a cooked chicken do I still weigh it as 100grams like the uncooked weight? I just don't get it.

I think the idea is uncooked 100g - but not much you can do with a cooked chicken or even deli meat. Perhaps drop to 90g for a meal and 45g for a snack if you are worried.

I don't think it's going to make a huge difference hun. I had 100grams of roast chicken on Easter Sun at my parents and still had a loss. I think the difference is only going to be a few grams....and when I make up things like meatballs and such if it's over by a gram or two when measuring I don't worry

That's true Janene - after Geoff himself talks about fist sized portion and to not worry too much about weight.
