new just done 3 day detox

I have just finshed three days detox.
Now the real challenge begins for me deciding what to have.
Im going on a cruise in september so I really to want lose the weight,

Hi, I am day 2 and doing good so far - will enjoy eating salad again though. I leave for five weeks in the states in 8 weeks so really want to drop some serious kilos by then.

OK finished my detox on Friday and really enjoyed my chicken and salad lunch on Saturday - even cooked a recipe from the Bodytrim book for dinner last night - have so much more energy and feeling great - I lost 3kgs when I weighed myself on Saturday morning after doing the detox but will wait till tomorrow morning (Monday) before I put in my weight as that is my weigh in day.

Great loss from detox - well done! So many people have travel plans or special events to keep them motivated - I am sure that this makes a big difference.

Welcome to this new forum; I'm going on a cruise in November for the first time ever in my life and yes, my goal is to lose at least 15kilos before we go as I know that the awesome food on that cruise will be far too much to resisit and I want to look reasonable in new bathers. You go woman, I'm right behind you....excellent start..
